Meet Our Founder

Channy Salazar is the founder of Resilient Edge Investments and Constructions, LLC, and the co-founder of North Texas Tint Institute, alongside her husband, Adrian Salazar, in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 17 years as an entrepreneur and 13 years in the corporate world, Channy has developed expertise in sales, business development, contract negotiations, communications,
and business analytics. She has leveraged this experience to co-establish North Texas Tint Institute, a trade school dedicated to teaching the skills of window tinting and paint protection film.

Throughout her career, Channy has successfully founded and managed several small businesses. Yet, her true passion lies in her philanthropic efforts. She is dedicated to giving back to the community through education, scholarships, and initiatives that aim to improve lives.

Recently, Channy launched the Resilient Education Initiative (REI) Scholarship, a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to those seeking education at North Texas Tint Institute and supports various educational projects in Cambodia, her birthplace, which she left during the Khmer Rouge War in 1975. Channy embodies the "American Dream," consistently seeking opportunities to give back as a way of honoring God's gift of a second chance at life.

A devout woman, Channy finds great joy in her charitable work, viewing it as a means to honor God and create a lasting legacy. She values her family and close friends, striving to live with love and integrity. Through her philanthropy, Channy Salazar aims to make a lasting positive impact for future generations.
